UPDATE ON GORRES: Z CONTINUES TO SHOW SIGNS OF RECOVERY

Words coming from the University Medical Center in Las Vegas indicate that Gorres, who had a head surgery after he collapsed in the ring Friday night in Mandalay Bay, has continue to show signs of recovery.
According to the statement sent by ALA Promotions to the media moments ago, Gorres has responded well to trainer Edito Villamor and made a thumbs up sign from his right hand when asked how he feels. Gorres also opened his left eye to see his trainer.
According to the statement, the hospital will be conducting an MRI scan on Gorres today.
