FITNESS BOXING COMES TO THE BROOD OF LAPU-LAPU

ALA Boxing & Fitness Gym Inc. (ABFGI), authority in fitness boxing programs, apparel and accessories in Cebu, brings the healthy fight against unhealthy lifestyle to the sons of Lapu-lapu on August 8 (Friday). The only effective way to stop overweight and maintain a fit physique is to shed those extra calories through active, sweat-soaked sessions of sports close to your heart. If you love boxing and wanted to learn the ropes of the sweet science, ALA Gym is the way to do it, guided by true and trained boxers.
The new fitness boxing gym, ALA Gym?s second in Cebu, is conveniently located at the 2nd floor of Shang Mactan Town Center along ML Quezon National Highway, across from and a few meters from Gaisano Mactan, at Pajo, Lapu-lapu City.
Ribbon cutting starts at 10:30 in the morning, followed by a short blessing of the new gym and shop. A short acquaintance with patrons follows. ALA Gym boxers, such as Z ?The Dream? Gorres, Michael Domingo, Milan Melindo, among others, are reported to grace the opening of the City?s first mall-based fitness outfit, and second in Cebu, to brush elbows with fitness boxing buffs and professional boxing fans. The first mall-based fitness gym in Cebu is located at the 2nd level of Banilad Town Center in Cebu City.
ABFGI?s ALA Promotions division is known in the country, particularly in the Central Visayas, to have brought to Cebu City the first world-class boxing tournament in 2007. Its latest accomplishment was the well-attended Banal-Concepcion card, dubbed ?Laban Na Banal! Panahon Na,? at the New Cebu Coliseum on July 26.
