Cardenas was able to drop Inoue in round two before being dropped in round seven and stopped in round eight. 30-year-old Cardenas was last seen knocking out Mexico’s Erik Robles with one punch in five rounds in December of last year. It was Cardenas’ fourth appearance on ProBoxTV. Leonardo Carrillo, originally from El Copey, Colombia, is an 11-year professional who will be making his United States fighting debut that night.
