PERO AND THOMPSON GO HEAD-TO-HEAD AHEAD OF ORLANDO HEAVYWEIGHT CLASH – LIVE ON DAZN

Lenier Pero and Jordan Thompson went face-to-face today in Orlando as the pair close in on their Heavyweight clash at Caribe Royale on Saturday night.
Unbeaten Pero (12-0 8 KOs) is back in action for the second time this year at the same venue as his April win over Detrailous Webster over ten rounds and the Cuban Olympian is looking to close out 2025, in style live worldwide on DAZN.
It’s a Heavyweight debut for Briton Thompson (15-1 12 KOs) who moves up to join the big boys after taking on Cruiserweight king Jai Opetaia in his last outing in September 2023 - stepping back through the ropes for the first time since then and at his new weight after successful hand surgery.
The two will meet again at tomorrow’s press conference, which will be streamed live on Matchroom’s YouTube channel from 1pm ET.
