WBA #3 Heavyweight Contender Lenier Pero Ready for Statement Win Against Jordan Thompson on DAZN PhilBoxing.com Wed, 29 Oct 2025  ORLANDO, FL (October 28, 2025) – Undefeated heavyweight contender Lenier “El Justiciero” Pero (12-0, 8 KOs) is deep into final preparations for his high-stakes return to the ring, a 10-round showdown against power-punching Brit Jordan Thompson (15-1, 12 KOs) taking place at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida, this Saturday, November 1, 2025. The fight, which takes place as part of a high-profile card co-promoted by Matchroom Boxing and Boxlab Promotions, will be televised live on DAZN, giving Pero a golden opportunity to solidify his position as one of the top rising threats in the heavyweight division. Currently ranked #3 by the WBA, Pero is eyeing a world title shot in 2026 and knows that a dominant win over Thompson could bring him one step closer. “This camp has been one of the best of my career,” said Pero, who just wrapped up his training camp in Las Vegas with decorated boxing coach Bob Santos. “We’ve really focused on building my stamina, controlling the tempo, and applying smart pressure in the ring.
