All Star Boxing & Eveling Ortega ink Historical Pact

Managua, Nicaragua; All Star Boxing, President Felix "Tuto" Zabala Jr held a press conference in Managua on Tuesday afternoon, at the Japanese Park Auditorium to announce the historical signing of WBO Latino Female Flyweight champion Evleing "La Colocha" Ortega of Acoyapa, Nicaragua to a multi-year pact. This is the first time in company history that a female fighter has inked with All Star, breaking a 60 year barrier.
Nicaragua's Eveling Ortega became the first ever WBO Latina champion in the country's history on October 27th, outpointing Silvia Duran over 6 hard fought rounds to claim the vacant belt on a world title bill televised on ESPN Knockout and ESPN+ from Alexis Arguello Arena.
Ortega is on a hot streak since linking with Marcello Sanchez of Pinolero Boxing, who has been able to guide her career around. After a slow start, Ortega found her groove, stacking up 5 wins under her new team which now includes All Star Boxing.
