“Punch-Out at Polar Park” Outdoor Pro-Am Boxing Card Postponed 24 hours to the scheduled rain date Due to inclement weather forecast PhilBoxing.com Thu, 03 Aug 2023 Now this Saturday night, Aug. 5, in Worcester, MA WORCESTER, Mass. (August 2, 2023) – Due to inclement weather reports, Friday night’s “Punch-Out at Polar Park” outdoor Pro-Am boxing card has been postponed 24 hours to the scheduled rain date this Saturday evening (August 5) at Polar Park in Worcester, Massachusetts. “Punch-Out at Polar Park”, presented by Shearns Boxing Promotions (SBP) in conjunction with Kenrick Ball’s Camp Get Right Boxing, will be streamed live on www.bxngtv.com Worcester native Kendrick “Peppa” Ball, Jr. (20-1-3, 12 KOs) will headline against Mexican light heavyweight Oscar “Moustro” Riojas (28-16-3, 16 KOs) in the eight-round main event. The inaugural Carlos Garcia Tournament will precede the start of the pro card. The official weigh in will still be held this Thursday (Aug. 3), starting at 3 p.m. ET, at Polar Park. The public is welcome. Doors open this Saturday at 5 p.m. ET with the first amateur match starting at 6 p.m. ET), followed by the pro card at 7 p.m. ET. Tickets that have already been distributed will be honored on Saturday. There is no need to do anything with previously purchased tickets before the event.
