Team Combat League Announces Future Expansion Plans for 2024

MOHEGAN SUN, CT (April 11, 2023) – Team Combat League (TCL) is proud to announce that the company will be expanding to 12 teams for the 2024 season. Franchises to be added include Miami, Tampa Bay, Boston and Phoenix.
“We are humbled and gratified by the positive response to our nonstop one round team brawling concept, “said Ahmed Sheik CEO of Team Combat League. “We are thrilled that new communities are inquiring to host teams in their cities, and we look forward to the expansion coming in 2024.”
Team Combat League action continues this Thursday April 11, 2023, at the Mohegan Sun Expo Center in Connecticut, when the NYC Attitude face the DC Destroyers and the Dallas Enforcers clash with the LA Tengoose. The livestream will begin at 7:00 PM EST / 4:00 PST and can be seen at teamcombatleague.com/live/ and TCL social media channels.
Philly Smoke and San Antonio Snipers will remain as franchises, but further participation will be deferred to the 2024 season, at which point 12 franchises will compete for the league championship.
The 2023 season will continue to feature six franchises, the undefeated NYC Attitude, the Las Vegas Hustle, the DC Destroyers, the Los Angeles Tengoose, the Dallas Enforcers and the unbeaten Atlanta Attack. Four teams will advance to the semifinals. MegaBrawl 1, the league championship bout, will take place on Sunday July 9, 2023.
