South Cotabato 2nd in PAL Interclub

SOUTH Cotabato Golf and Country Club added 105 in the final day for a total of 364 to place second in the Sportswriters Division of the PAL Interclub Men’s tournament at Cebu Country Club in Cebu.
Antonio Aguilar and Ben Jonas Garcia both sizzled with 29 for South Cotabato. Sonny Lao and Robert Dizon added 24 and 23, respectively while Peter Miguel’s 19 did not count.
The other players were Jess Mangudadatu, Jimmy Ang, Jul Dave Araral, John Vicar Valdez and Hilario V1 “Larry Boy” de Pedro.
Club Filipino Inc. de Cebu won the Sportswriters Division with 386 while San Juanico Park finished third with 357.
Sarangani Golf Club finished 6th place.
The players were Dexter Tan, Edmar Salvador, Jeffrey Mosqueda, Vancouver Tan, Richie Tan, Clinton Edward Ang. Aziz Santican, Rangie Regidor and Noli Pook.
Meanwhile, Manila Southwoods captured the Championship Division with a four-day score of 543 at Cebu Country Club.
Second was Eastridge Golf Club (521) followed by Cebu Country Club (498).
