Anthony Mundine Starts Training for Manny Pacquiao Exhibition Bout!

Former WBA world champion Anthony “The Man” Mundine, organiser Maryanne Millie and Australian Hall of Fame promoter Peter Maniatis have their sights set for a professional boxing event in Port Moresby, Papau New Guinea in June or July this year.
Maryanne Millie the government organiser and the Papau New Guinea prime minster James Marape are big sports and boxing fans who will help boost the country's professional boxing scene.
Marryanne Millie is getting a proposal ready to invite 8 division world champion superstar Manny Pacquiao to the to do an exhibition match with former 3-time WBA world champion Anthony Mundine, also one of most famous sports person in Australia, being a champion Rugby footballer as well as Boxer.

Peter Maniatis representing Anthony Mundine has been in talks with Manny Pacquiao advisor Sean Gibbons to lock the bout in June or July in Papau New Guinea depending on Pacquiao's availability.
“l have began training and already I have dropped body weight. “It's The Man vs Pacman or for me Last Dance on the Island," said Mundine.
We would like to thank the Papau New Guinea government for showing support to a big event which has been compared to the landmark bout like Thrilla in Manila Ali vs Frazier and Rumble in Jungle! Ali vs Foreman.
“The exhibition between Senator Pacquiao and Mundine would do big viewing audience that is for sure," said Maniatis.
