“Physically and mentally I’m in the best shape of my life,” says the 29-year-old. “I’m ready to do something very special on Saturday night and become the No. 1 bantamweight in the world.“
Both Moloney and Inoue produced fireworks in the bantamweight edition of Season II of the World Boxing Super Series.
Inoue impressively went all the way to take home the Muhammad Ali Trophy, Moloney lost his WBSS quarter-final to Emmanuel Rodriguez, but it was after an epic back-and-forth battle with scores of 115-113 for Moloney and two times 115-113 for Rodriguez.
Since then four consecutive KO victories have paved to way to face the Japanese pound-for-pound star.
