Already qualified for the Tokyo Olympics, Eumir Felix Marcial improved further his standing and record while exacting some measure of revenge for his fallen fellow Pinoy fighters by defeating Ashish Kumar of India by majority decision in the middleweight semi finals of the ongoing Asia-Oceania qualifiers in Amman, Jordan. Marcial who has a walkover win over Kumar last year, proved he was superior to the Indian in their first actual ring meeting by outpunching and outworking his rival. In the process, he exacted a measure of revenge for Carlo Paalam and Riza Pasuit who lost to their Indian foes Monday. He will meet Abilkhan Amankul of Kazakhstan in the finals today.
