Santisima re-signs long-term deal with ALA Promotions
PhilBoxing.com Wed, 14 Dec 2016

Promising, young featherweight prospect Jeo ?Santino? Santisima (12-2-0) seals another 5-year promotional contract with ALA Promotions. After Santisima?s successful Pinoy Pride debut earlier this year, the 20-year old from Aroroy, Masbate, Philippines fought three more times under the promotional outfit.
Having proved his potential through his record of previous impressive knockout wins against formidable opponents, Santisima?s first major appearance was as an undercard for Pinoy Pride 35 ?Stars in the Making? February of this year alongside fellow Filipino Boxing prospects, RP#1 Mini-fly Melvin Jerusalem and amateur sensation KJ Cataraja. Santisima passed his first real test when he pushed veteran slugger and former Philippines Superfly and Bantamweight champion Marco ?Singwancha? Demecillo (22-5-1) to quit on the 6th round of their 8-round featherweight fight. Santisima went on and secured another KO win under the Donaire-Bedak world championship in April before he was featured as one of the main events on IDOL 2 last July 16th where he KO?d Indonesian Superfly and Bantamweight champ Junior Bajawa early into the 3rd round. With his most recent victory over 2014 WBC International Bantamweight champ Rex Wao late last month, Santisima improved to 12wins, 2 losses, and zero draws; gaining his 10th straight K.O win out of the 11 he has in record. Jeo Santisima now has an outstanding 79% K.O percentage.
ALA Promotions President and CEO Michael Aldeguer, sharing the organization?s plans to include Santisima in the coming years? major shows was quoted saying, ?He (Santisima) should have a breakout year in 2017, as he is exciting to watch?. Aldeguer added that the young prospect ?has the power and heart to become a star and world champion?.
