LOS ANGELES -- With the 2016-17 NBA season just around the corner, the Golden State Warriors flexed their muscle on Wednesday night and handled the Los Angeles Lakers, 123-112, at the Valley View Center in San Diego.
Kevin Durant, who left the Oklahoma City Thunder to join the Warriors this past summer, sizzled with 27 points on 10 of 19 shooting, but it was reigning MVP Steph Curry who led all scorers with 32 points including six triples.Klay Thompson added 19.
