LOS ANGELES (April 19, 2016) - Bragging rights are on the line when undefeated Julian "El Camaron" Ramirez (16-0, 8 KOs) and Abraham "Chamaco" Lopez (20-0-1, 15 KOs) will meet in the ring for the first time to battle for the vacant NABA Featherweight Title in the co-main event to the can't miss showdown between Francisco Vargas and Orlando Salido on Saturday, June 4 at StubHub Center in Carson, Calif. and televised live on HBO Boxing After Dark? beginning at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.

"I'm happy that I get the opportunity to fight on HBO for the first time," said Julian Ramirez. "I am very happy to be fighting back at my 'home away from home,' the StubHub Center in Carson. I know it's going to be a great night of boxing."

"I am thrilled to be the co-main event for Vargas vs. Salido on June 4," said Abraham Lopez. "This is the day that I will make major noise in the featherweight division and doing that on HBO is a great honor. I want to thank my team and Golden Boy Promotions for this opportunity and I promise all my fans a victorious night full of action."

"Certain fights determine the path of a fighter's future, and this is one of them," said Oscar De La Hoya, Chairman and CEO of Golden Boy Promotions. "Whoever wins is well on his way to fighting for a world championship, whoever loses has to go back to the drawing board. With everything at stake, Julian and Abraham are going to put on an incredible show for fight fans."

Both Ramirez and Lopez have fought extensively at Golden Boy Promotions' LA Fight Club, the hugely popular monthly series at the Belasco Theater that is quickly becoming a staging ground for propelling young fighters from prospects to contenders.

Tickets for Francisco Vargas vs. Orlando Salido priced at $200, $100, $50 and $25, plus applicable taxes, fees and services charges are available for purchase at AXS.com, by phone at 888-9-AXS-TIX (888-929-7849), and at StubHub Center Box Office (Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. PT to 6 p.m. PT). The great nephew of boxing legend Genaro "Chicanito" Hernandez, East LA's Julian "El Camaron" Ramirez picked up the family business as a youngster and quickly made a name for himself on the amateur scene. Yet despite his amateur success, it was clear from the moment that he made his professional debut in 2012 that his destiny was to become a world champion. So far, everything has gone according to plan for the 23-year-old southpaw, who has displayed power and poise in the ring, defeating veterans Raul "Bule" Hidalgo, Hugo "Olimpico" Partida and Christopher "S.D. Kid" Martin in his most recent bouts.

Fighting out of La Puente, 28-year-old Abraham "Chamaco" Lopez is an eight-year professional who took his career to the next level in 2015, when he returned from a three-year layoff to get his degree and become a respiratory therapist. Among his victories were knockouts of former Olympian Alfred "The Stinging Bee" Tetteh, Jorge "King" Diaz and Carlos Valcarcel that showed off his punishing attack in the ring. Now ready to make his move on the top fighters at 126 pounds, Lopez expects to put on a show on June 4 while handing Ramirez his first professional loss.

Vargas vs. Salido is a 12-round battle for the WBC Super Featherweight Championship presented by Golden Boy Promotions in association with Zanfer Promotions and sponsored by "Cerveza Tecate, Born Bold" and Casa Mexico Tequila. The HBO Boxing After Dark telecast begins live at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.
