ALA BOYS CONTINUE TRAINING!

The ALA Boys, who are seeing action in the August 11 'World Cup' at the Arco Arena in Sacramento, California, continue to do the hard work at the Wild Card Gym in Hollywood.
Rey 'Boom Boom' Bautista and AJ Banal did six rounds on the punchmitt today and two rounds hitting the heavy bag. After their training, they took part in an interview conducted by Boxingconfidential.com with worl-class physical therapist Jeff De Guzman acting as interpreter.
After a short stop at their apartment, the ALA Boys were invited by Bunny Lopez to watch the 'Coming to Fight' card on The Filipino Channel (TFC) which is owned by ABS-CBN.
Meanwhile, Gerry Penalosa and hip-hop Diosdado Gabi were invited to watch the fights at the residence of Jun Regalado in Walnut, accompanied by their friend 'Sheriff.'
