A member of the 2008 Mexican Olympic team, Francisco "El Bandido" Vargas has continued to represent his country well as a professional, striking gold in 2015 by winning the WBC Super Featherweight World Championship on the undercard of the Miguel Cotto vs. Canelo Alvarez on Nov., 21.
