By Homer D. Sayson PhilBoxing.com Mon, 27 Apr 2015

CHICAGO -- The Cleveland Cavaliers advanced to the second round of the playoffs with a four-game sweep of the Boston Celtics on Sunday at the TD Garden.
The clincher came via a 101-93 Game 4 triumph, one that was marred by two flagrant fouls, two technical fouls and a pair of potentially serious injuries to Cleveland's Kevin Love and Boston's Jae Crowder.
LeBron James led the way with 27 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists while Kyrie Irving had 24 markers and 11 boards. Iman Sumpert added 15 off the bench.
Jared Sullinger and Isaiah Thomas each had 21 for Boston.
Wizards 125, Raptors 94
The Washington Wizards also moved on to the second round by sweeping the Toronto Raptors.
The clincher came in the form of a 125-94 Game 4 margin at the Verizon Center in Washington on Sunday night.
Bradely Beal registered 23 for the fifth-seeded Washington while Marcin Gortat added 21 points and 11 rebounds. Paul Pierce and John Wall contributed 15 apiece as the Wizards, shot 55.4 percent from the field and 57 percent from 3-point range.
Kyle Lowry led the Raptors with 21.
Clippers 114, Spurs 105
The L.A. Clippers averted a 3=1 hole and won Game 4 of their first-round series against the San Antonio Spurs, 114-105, at the AT&T Center on Sunday afternoon.
Chris Paul was spectacular for Los Angeles with 34 points on 11 of 19 field goals and a 10-for-10 fare from the free throw line. Blake Griffin added 20 markers and 19 boards while J.J. Redick chipped in 17. Austin Rivers and Jamal Crawford combined for 31 off the bench.
The Spurs got 26 from Kawhi Leonard and 22 from Tim Duncan, but San Antonio converted only 37 of 84 field goals for 44 percent.
