Though boxing was always around him, he initially had his sights set playing football at Clayton Valley High School. Eventually, he shifted focus to boxing full-time, where his power, height and reach advantage quickly began turning heads. As an amateur, Jones captured several national championships, proving his talent on a national stage before turning professional in April 2021. Since then, he has compiled an impressive record of 14-0 with 12 knockouts, traveling the world with fights in the United States, Australia, Mexico and most recently in Equatorial Guinea.
