ACROSTIC POEM FOR MANNY PACQUIAO

Man of valor, man of uncommon guts,
Against him, everyone bites the dust;
No nonesense of a guy, though little schooled,
Nice and courteous, yet, not easily fooled;
Yes, he emerged from a humble beginning, gained wealth and esteem by always winning.
Pugilist in form, but an artist in the ring,
A dancer that makes his punching gloves sing;
Cross his path and he'll show you the stars,
Make you feel like you're fresh from seven wars;
A solid rock hewn from an obscure past,
Now his name's a household word at last.
People respect him for honoring a nation,
A world champion worthy of adulation;
Can you find flaw in his character cart?
Quitting is a word not found in his heart;
Unlike some heads that get swelled by success,
Innocence still resides in his mind's recesses;
A model, indeed, for those who dare to dream,
Oh yes, good things come when the heart is clean.
