Former three-division world champion Abner Mares and former welterweight world champion "Vicious" Victor Ortiz hosted a Los Angeles media workout Tuesday in advance of their respective bouts on Saturday, Dec. 13 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on the undercard of Amir Khan vs Devon Alexander 'Royal Battle'. Mares faces Mexico's Jose Ramirez on SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING?while Ortiz takes on Denver's Manuel Perez in non-televised action.
