BREAKING NEWS: MERCITO GESTA?S FIGHT CANCELED

Gesta.
I was just informed by Vince Parra, the manager and trainer of Mercito Gesta that the fight that was to happen on July 19th between Ajose Olusegun (31-1-0, 14KO) of Nigeria and Mercito Gesta (26-1-1, 14KO) has been called off due to injury on Gesta.
Parra indicated that Gesta has ?bruised his ribs? and after the x-ray result came out, it was confirmed that Gesta has a hairline rib fracture and will be sideline for 4 to 6 months.
"Bad news bro," said Parra. "It's a hairline fracture. It's unfortunate, but it happens.?
