NBA --LeBron fouls out, Heat stumble in Game 4 By Jeremy Zuniga PhilBoxing.com Thu, 30 May 2013 INDIANAPOLIS -- When LeBron James was whistled for a foul, his sixth and disqualifying last, with 56 seconds left in a rough and tumble Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals here at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse, it shattered the myth that superstars get the favorable calls in the crucible of these NBA playoffs. James, who fouled out for for only the fifth time in his illustrious NBA career, reluctantly retreated to his team's bench and watched the Miami Heat succumbed to the Indiana Pacers, 99-92, tying this best-of-seven series squarely at 2-2. "I didn't believe it was a foul," James told reporters, but he conceded, "that's how the game goes sometimes." James, the league MVP in four of the last five seasons, had 24 points, six rebounds and five assists. But he shot just 8-of-18 from the field, missed two free throws and had a pair of turnovers. The King, however, was hardly the only Heat player who played poorly Tuesday night as Miami shot just 30 of 77 field goals and 8-of-23 from 3-point range. The Heat were also killed on the boards, 49-30, and were dominated in the paint, 50-32. Dwyane Wade finished with 16 points on 5-for-15 shooting while Chris Bosh struggled with just seven points and three rebounds. "They got us there in the fourth (quarter)," Miami head coach Erik Spoelstra said during his post-game press conference. Meanwhile, the Pacers took care of business at home by making 35 of 70 shots, although they misfired from above the three-point arc 3-for-14. The Pacers went to the free throw line 33 times and made 26. Roy Hibbert, Indiana's 7-foot-2 behemoth, led the Pacers' charge with 23 points and 12 rebounds while Lance Stephenson had 20. David West had 14 markers and 12 boards and Paul George added 12 points. Game 5 is Thursday night at the American Airlines Arena in Miami.
