Bucks stopped at home
By Reynaldo Seno PhilBoxing.com Thu, 29 Nov 2012

This time there won?t be any dramatic comeback for the Bucks as the Knicks defense shut down the high scoring combo of Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings who only managed a measly 17 and 18 points respectively, en route to a 102-88 victory. With the win the Knicks snapped a 3 game road losing streak.
After falling behind by 6 points early in the first half, the Knick bench came alive in the second half, led by streak shooting Steve Novak?s 19 points and third string point guard Pablo Prigione?s 11 points who subbed for the injured Jason Kidd.
JR Smith, the Knicks leading scorer off the bench had an ?off? game with a 1 of 5 shooting night. Carmelo Anthony had 29 points, with Tyson Chandler and Raymond Felton contributing 17 and 12 points respectively as the Knicks shot 48% percent from the field, 84% from the free throw line but it was once again their 3 point shooting that made the difference as they went 11 for 21 from behind the 3 point arc.
Aside from Ellis and Jennings only Udrih and Daniels scored in double figures for the Bucks, who had 18 and 11 points respectively. The rest of the Bucks bench could only manage 13-of-41 from the field, with Mike Dunleavy and D. Lamb combining for 16 points.
The Bucks were miserable from the field shooting just 46% and a mere 39% from the three point line.
With the win the Knicks are tied with next door neighbor Brooklyn Nets atop the Atlantic Division with identical 10-4 record.
