CHISORA DETAINED AT MUNICH AIRPORT AFTER THREATENING TO SHOOT DAVID HAYE
By Ronnie Nathanielsz PhilBoxing.com Mon, 20 Feb 2012

The Dereck Chisora episode gets uglier as the British heavyweight contender who put up a game battle but lost to WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko has been detained at the Munich Airport in Germany.
BBC Sport correspondent Ben Dirs said Chisora had ?threatened to shoot David Haye after the two were involved in a brawl at the news conference? following Chisora loss to Klitschko.
Chisora who was earlier fined by the WBC for slapping Klitschko at the weigh-in and appeared to spit water at Wladimir Klitschko prior to the fight with Vitali had accused Haye of "glassing him", before saying at least four times that he would shoot the former WBA heavyweight champion.
He added: "If David don't fight me, I am going to physically burn him."
Analysis
Dirs reported that ?after some verbal exchanges between Chisora, Haye and Wladimir Klitschko, Chisora left his seat and approached Haye and there followed a five-minute melee akin to a bar-room brawl from which emerged a bloodied Chisora, a bloodied Adam Booth and wild accusations from all camps
Chisora was detained at Munich Airport on Sunday morning for questioning.
Haye's manager, Adam Booth, also suffered cuts to his face in the post-fight melee.
Haye had been working for a television station and attended the news conference afterwards.
He was defeated by Wladimir Klitschko in Hamburg last summer and promptly retired from the sport.
However, he has since come out of retirement with the aim of setting up a fight with Wladimir's brother Vitali.
