TI YAMAGATA BOXERS IN "BINAKBAKAY SA BARANGAY" FEB 19 IN LAPULAPU CITY PhilBoxing.com Thu, 16 Feb 2012 Fight fans in Lapu-lapu City will be treated to an entertaining night of boxing action this February 19 at the Barangay Basak Gym. Adonis "TI Yamagata" Aguelo of TI Gym in Mandaue City will defend his Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) featherweight title against ring veteran Renan Branzuela of Bukidnon in the main event. This event billed as "Binakbakay sa Barangay" is being presented to by TI YAMAGATA Promotions of Akira Sato, who had a courtesy call with Barangay Captain Isabelito "Belong" Darnayla of Brgy. Basak, Lapu-Lapu City - who is supporting this event - last Wednesday afternoon. Roemart "TI Yamagata" Sentillas will trade punches with Romnick Magos for ten rounds and Yamagata, Japan-native Mashasi Tada will face Junior Salvador in a 6-rounder in the preliminaries. Gerpaul "TI Yamagata" Valero and Rajah Renoel Pael of Matalom, Leyte are also scheduled to fight separate opponents in the undercard. Valero will be pitted against Erwin Pulvera for 8 rounds and Pael against Lyndel Radoc for 6 rounds. Completing the pro card will be Ardie "TI Yamagata" Boyose vs. Jovan Munoz for 4 rounds. Former national team member and amateur standout Brix Flores will be calling the shots for TI Yamagata boxers. Cong.
