RWS Promotions presents Boxing sa Araw ng Siquijor

Boxing fans in the island of Siquijor will be treated to a night of professional and amateur boxing this September 15 courtesy of Rex ‘Wakee’ Salud International Promotions. The event is headlined by a six round superbantamweight fight between Lubert Bayo of Mandaue City versus Jolito Catubay of Zamboanga del Norte.
For the supporting bouts, Honey Boy Vidad of Siquijor will fight Rajah Nas Bantugan of Prinsesa Bulakna Resort Candaping – B, Maria, Siquijor in a four round featherweight tussle and Bryan Samson of Lazi, Siquijor will face Ian Malinao of Ubay, Bohol in a four round superbantamweight scrap. Fights featuring local amateur standouts will open this event.
This fight card billed as “BOXING SA ARAW NG SIQUIJOR” is sponsored by the Siquijor Provincial Government headed by Gov. Orlando Shane Fua Jr. through the efforts of Board member Bongbong Fua and Councilor Jimmy Duhaylungsod. Fight time is at 7 P.M.
