Cebuana Lhuillier Tennis Team wins at Penang International Tennis Tournament

Team Cebuana scored a dramatic 2-1 win over Tennis Court Builders of Singapore in the semis and went on to win the championship by beating SKA Blended of Malaysia in the finals with a 2-0 score.
Twenty Four teams from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and the Philippines competed at the Penang International Tennis Tournament held from February 23 to 25 in Penang, Malaysia.
It was a tough win for Team Cebuana as it had to win 8 ties to claim the championship. The team is supported by Cebuana Lhuillier, Araw Hospitality Group and Smilee Apparel.
Jean Henri Lhuillier, President and CEO of Cebuana Lhuillier, expressed elation with the victory saying the team played with grit and a big heart to win its 2nd International title.
The team is composed of Jean Henri Lhuillier, Derrick Santos, Gilbert Estrada, Jackie Tomacruz, Henry Escalante, Adelo Ruado, Toto Joven, Joseph Arcilla and Jon Lim. Team Captain is Gerard Maronilla with Johnny Arcilla as coach.-Marlon Bernardino-
