Urdaneta, Costes top TCSD MTB Cup Challenge

VETERAN Ronnie Urdaneta of R & R Davao topped two mountain bike races organized by The Cycling Supporters Davao (TCSD) in just one Sunday, August 6 at the Ciudades Town Center in Mandug.

The 31-year-old Urdaneta first won the 30 to 39 years old category in the MTB Cup Challenge. He was followed by Jumar del Rosario of Team Henry from Cagayan de Oro.

Third was Nathaniel Carisma of MCV 55/MTB Warriors from Panabo City.

The 4th to 10th placers were April John Maniyog, Rodel Villaver, Clark John Caballero, Mark Llorica, Christian Alliansa, Brian Alcaria and Jayson Adlawan.

Urdaneta also later ruled the MTB Criterium race but was followed by Rodel Villaver of Team Boyla from Davao City.

Third is April John Maniyog of MCV-55 from Kapalong.

The 4th to 10th finishers were Jumar Del Rosario, Nathaniel Carisma, Kristoffer Jess Celana, Albert Placibe, Christian Alliansa, Mark Llorica and Juan Rojo.

Dianah Marie Costes of Team Frogstrong Davao dominated the Ladies Open in the MTC Cup Challenge.

She was followed by Erica Revilla and Ashley Jalina, both from LRT Kidapawan.

The 4th to 10th placers were Kashieca Serafino, 5th Faith Bandoquillo, Mary Beatrice Ondras, Ivanah Dela Torre, Angel Roble, Nicole Masambong and Kathleen Dela Vega.
