Robles beats Mama, remains undefeated

ORTHODOX Berland Robles remained undefeated after beating Jenven “Iron Fist” Mama by scoring a unanimous decision last October 15 in Consolacion, Cebu.
The 22-year-old Robles now has six wins with two knockouts while Mama suffered his second straight loss against 12 wins and one draw.
Mama, 23, earlier lost to Mark “Rasta Mac” Vicelles by a 10th round knockout last July 3, 2021 in Mandaue City.
Meanwhile, southpaw Rhonvex Capuloy of Ozamis City retired undefeated Brix Piala in the 5th round of the undercard.
The other cards: Rodel Wenceslao stopped Edison Berwela in the 2nd round; Bryan James Wild settled a split draw with Carlo Demecillo; April Jay Abne beat Ramel Antaran by a unanimous decision; John Vincent Pangga scored by a technical decision over veteran Vergilio Silvano.
