As it has been known, the Mexican WBC and WBA super middleweight world champion, Saúl Álvarez (54-1-2, 36 KOs) will face Avni Yildirim (21-2-0, 12 KOs) on February 27 in the United States in an event to be broadcast on DAZN.
Some sources claimed that Canelo Alvarez has reached an agreement with Matchroom Boxing and will defend his super middleweight title against Avni Yıldırım on February 27 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
Although some expected Eddie Hearn, Matchroom promoter, to get a match between Saul Alvarez and Billy Joe Saunders.
