Francisco, Flores fight separate opponents in Polomolok

DAVAO CITY -- Light flyweight Jerry Francisco and super flyweight Judy Flores both undefeated with seven straight wins and no defeat will see action against separate opponents on Sept. 5 at the Polomolok Gym in Polomolok, South Cotabato.
The 22-year old Francisco (7W-0L, 2KO) of Antipas, North Cotabato will fight Garen "Hellboy" Diagan, 23 (6W-1L-0D, 3KO) of Gen. Santos City.
Francisco scored a unanimous decision to Reymark "Machine Gun" Taday of Cotabato last Feb. 13 in Maguindanao. Diagan, on the other hand defeated Bukidnon's Ryan Makiputin by a 4th round TKO.
Flores, 20 (7W-0L, 4KO) of Braulio E. Dujali, Davao del Norte will face 20-year old Jovanie Tagusi (6W-2L-2D, 3KO) of Sarangani.
Flores TKO Jetly Purisima of Gen. Santos City in the 4th round last March 5 in Davao del Norte while Tagusi scored an upset by knocking out Vincent Dayaganon of Davao City in Maco.
