By Vito Tito Jr PhilBoxing.com Sat, 01 Nov 2014

CHICAGO -- OKC Thunder guard Russell Westbrook fractured the second metacarpal bone in his right hand on Thursday night and will miss a huge chunk of games in this young regular season.
The injury happened at the Staples Center where he collided with teammate Kendrick Perkins while going for a rebound in the OKC Thunder's 93-90 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Westbrook, who finished with only two points and four assists in nine minutes of play, left the game for good with still 6:33 remaining in the second quarter.
According to Darnell Mayberry of The Oklahoman, Westbrook could be sidelined from four to six weeks.
Already missing the services of Kevin Durant (broken foot) the Thunder also have the following players on the injured list -- Mitch McGary, Anthony Morrow and Grant Jerrett.
