By Ronnie Nathanielsz PhilBoxing.com Sat, 26 Apr 2014

Viva Sports "The Main Event" will feature interviews with Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire and his father/trainer "Dodong" Donaire Sr on Pinoy Box Office (PBO) over SkyCable at 8:30 p.m. today with a replay at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Father and son who reconciled last year after a misunderstanding, are working closely together as Nonito chases a fifth world title when he faces WBA featherweight champion Simpiwe Vetyeka of South Africa at the Cotai Arena of the plush Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino in Macau on May 31.
They talk about the training camp and the gameplan for the Vetyeka title showdown.
The program opens with a preview of the May 10 battle between WBO light flyweight champion Donnie "Ahas" Nietes and mandatory challenger Moises Fuentes of Mexico which will take place at the Mall of Asia Arena along Manila Bay which includes highlights of the last two fights of Fuentes and that of Nietes against former WBC Silver champion Sammy Gutierrez.
ALA Promotions president Michael Aldeguer also talks about the training of Nietes, the importance of the Fuentes rematch and the undercard which features Rey "Boom Boom" Bautista who is making a comeback and former flyweight challenger Milan Melindo.
