NBA -- Bulls host Lakers at United Center

CHICAGO The Chicago Bulls(19-20) will host the Los Angeles Lakers (16-25) Monday night at the United Center. Tip-off is 9 am Manila time.
The Bulls hope to increase their winning percentage to 0.500 today after an impressive blow-out win against the Philadelphia 76ixers 103-78 Saturday.
Noah had 21 points and 16 rebounds, extending his double-digit rebound games steak to 12, the longest stretch in his career. Boozer added 15 points and 13 boards. With an almost similar performance from the Noah-Boozer Duo on the hardcourt at their last meeting at United Center on Feb 28, 2013.
The Chicago Bulls are seeking eighth win in 10 games. DJ Augustin has been a vital part in Chicago's sudden resurgence following the D Rose's meniscal tear, the Deng trade and all the other injuries revolving around the team.
Agustin has given some similar spark once provided by Nate Robinson but totally different in contribution and playmaking on the hardcourt. Augustin has averaged 11.5 points while leading Chicago in assists. Since signing him, the Bulls are 11-8 and 7 -2 at the start of the 2014.
The Los Angeles lakers will attempt to attain their first three-game winning streak in two months after beating Boston and Toronto.
The Lakers currently 100.3 points while shooting 43.5 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from the 3 point line. (MDC).
