Knicks Cruise Past Wizards
By Reynaldo Seno PhilBoxing.com Sat, 01 Dec 2012

It was business as usual in New York as the Knicks carved out an 87-108 win and kept the winning streak at home intact.
It was close early in the game, with the Knicks sporting an 11 point lead at halftime at 57-46 but a 29-19 Knicks run in the third canto broke the game wide open. After a miserable offensive game against the Bucks, JR Smith came off the bench with a team leading 20 point output, Carmelo Anthony who sat the entire fourth quarter also had 20 points.
Besides Carmelo Anthony, Coach Woodson also sat starting center Tyson Chandler and point guard Raymond Felton. Chandler had 12 points and 11 rebounds with Felton scoring 11 points and handing out 7 assists.
It was once again back-up point guard Pablo Prigione?s able quarterbacking that finished off the game with timely hits by Ronnie Brewer, Steve Novak and Rasheed Wallace who had 11, 9 and 7 points respectively.
The Wizards were totally outplayed by the Knicks that only Kevin Seraphin , Bradley Beal and Jordan Crawford managed to score in double figures eking out a measly 13, 14 and 17 points respectively.
The Wizards?s offensive woes continues with 44% from the field, 27% from the 3 point arc and a mere 57% from the charity lane, compared to the Knicks? 53% from the field 41% from the behind the 3 point line and converting 66% of their free throw attempts.
The Knicks now sport a 11-4 record and stayed abreast with the Brooklyn Nets atop the Atlantic Division.
