THE ?REAL? GENARO GARCIA VOWS TO KO SERVANIA

PhilBoxing.com

Genaro 'Poblanito' Garcia.
The ?real? Genaro ?Poblanito? Garcia is determined to erase the damage created by the ?fake? Genaro ?Panterito? Garcia who was stopped in the 2nd round in a farce of a fight against featherweight Rey ?Boom Boom? Bautista and vows to KO his opponent Genesis Servania when the clash in the ?Pinoy Pride XIV? fight card at the Resort World Hotel and Casino in Manila on June 2.

In an interview with ALA Promotions which presents the smashing fight card in cooperation with the giant broadcast network ABS-CBN said the promoters lost a lot of money in the fake Garcia episode but were determined to bring in the genuine super bantamweight Garcia, the Mexican lamented that ?Someone tried to take advantage of my international fame. I fought the best Bantamweights and Super Bantamweights in the world and I fought for world championships.?

The Mexican said the fake Garcia had ?affected my reputation because the Genaro Garcia who pretended to be me gave no fight. The promoters that paid a clown fighter who fought as me could not take anything. I resent the situation and I am set to make it clear who the real Genaro Garcia is. The Filipino fans will see when I get there that I am very strong and I throw many punches.?

Garcia said he is known around the world as a ?courageous fighter that never backs down? noted that Servania?s record says he is undefeated but he ?must have qualities to face a strong and experienced fighter like me. You can also see he has no power in his fists.?

He said he knows the hometown fans will be behind Servania in what many fights fans believe could steal the show from the WBO light flyweight title defense of Donnie Nietes precisely because of what happened in Tagbilaran City, Bohol berore 40,000 fans but maintained ?I am used to international fights and I am at home with it and nothing like that scares me.?

Pointing out that he is a pressure fighter who is famous for that. Garcia said ?I always throw my punches with mean intent and I think Servania is too inexperienced to handle my pressure. It is my way of fighting and it always has given me good results.?

Garcia recalled that he had knocked out more than fifty percent of his opponents and ?will be throwing all my power shots at him. I will figure him out in the first round and will lay his face flat on the floor.?

In a message to Servania, Garcia said ? I will write down the date: June 2, 2012. You will no longer be undefeated. I look to fight for another world championship again and you will not get in my way to do it.?
