PINOY PRIDE 12: BAKBAKAN SA BOHOL ON ABS-CBN CHANNEL 2 AND STUDIO 23

The country?s fast growing boxing series PINOY PRIDE 12: BAKBAKAN SA BOHOL that features IBF Featherweight Champion and Bohol native Rey ?Boom Boom? Bautista and grizzled veteran world title challenger Genaro Garcia of Mexico will be under way Saturday March 3, 2012 at the Carlos P. Garcia Sports Complex in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
The much awaited return of Bohol?s best and most popular boxing export Bautista?s PINOY PRIDE 12: Bakbakan sa Bohol event will be aired the following day March 4, 2012 Sunday 1015 AM on ABS-CBN Channel 2 and at 2 PM the same day on Studio 23.
This will be Boom Boom Bautista?s first fight in the last seven years in his hometown of Bohol.
Bakbakan sa Bohol is expected to be an explosive night of boxing for both hometown and foreign fight fans alike.
Also to be featured in the undercard are rising boxing prospects Genesis ?Azukal? Servania of the Philippines vs Nick Otieno of Kenya and Jason ?El Nino? Pagara vs Frans Yarangga of Indonesia.
The Pinoy Pride boxing mega series is in its 12th edition and is showing no signs of slowing down as the national television ratings of the fast rising show is on a steady climb with the last January 28, 2012 Pinoy Pride that featured Milan ?El Metodico? Melindo that topped the Sunday television ratings eking out constant ratings champ ASAP 2012 by .3 of a point finishing with a 12.8 rating.
