KNOCK-OUT ARTISTS IN CO-MAIN FEATURE OF PINOY PRIDE XI PHILIPPINES VS THE WORLD

A pair of knock out sensations are to be featured in the highly anticipated Pinoy Pride XI Philippines vs The World boxing mega presentation this Saturday January 28, 2012 at the Waterfront Cebu City hotel ad Casino in Cebu City, Philippines.

Lorenzo Villanueva of the Philippines will be facing Mexican banger Diego ?Tyson? Ledesma in the supporting main event and will continue the budding boxing rivalry of Philippines vs Mexico.

Villanueva will be taking to the ring his amazing record of 20 wins with 20 by way of knock out without a defeat while the Mexican Ledesma who is nicknamed ?Tyson? is confident his skills and power base on his high knock-out percentage is going to be enough to merit a KO win over the Filipino.

The Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico native Ledesma will be arriving Cebu today Wednesday January 25 2012 with his team and fellow Mexican Juan Esquer who will be fighting Filipino WBO Intercontinental Flyweight Champion Milan ?El Metodico? Melindo and will be presented to the media 12noon at the Maya Mexican Restaurant at the Crossroads in Banilad.

The Mexican duo will then be joining the rest of Team World at the SM City Cebu Entertainment Center 5 PM the same day where they will be doing the Pinoy Pride Opponents Public Work-out. Boxing fans are encouraged to witness these Pinoy Pride public presentations, as ALA Promotions will be giving out freebies during trivia games on these shows.

Up and coming Filipino fighters who will be representing the Philippines in this exciting event will be Mhar Jhun ?Astig? Macahilig against Thai veteran Kaichon Sor Vorapin, OPBF Champion Merlito ?Tiger? Sabillo vs Indonesia?s Sofyan Effendi and Joseph Von Minoza going up against Yoo Shin Kim of Korea. This will be the first time these three Filipinos will be fighting foreign opponents.
