AMONSOT, DENOY MAKE WEIGHTS!

Czar Amonsot and Along Denoy have just finished their weigh-in today for the upcoming fight slated tomorrow, May 12, at the Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
In a text message relayed by promoter Sammy Gello-ani, Amonsot weighed in at 132 lbs. which is within the weight limit, while his opponent, Jose Reyes, weighed in at 130.5 lbs.
Another Bohol native, Along Denoy, came in at 112 lbs. while his opponent, Esau Gaona came in at 113 lbs.
The tough Mexican, Gaona, is a late replacement for Sergio Espinoza as the latter suffered an injury during training last week. Gaona boasts of 3-1 win-loss record, all his wins came by way of knockout. His one and only loss was against current Mexican Bantamweight champion, Francisco Paredes last October 28, 2000 in Mexico City.
This will be Denoy's first time to fight in the US mainland while it will be a second time around for Amonsot.
