CANELO WANTS TO WIN WITH THE MEXICAN LIVER PUNCH

Canelo ?lvarez will defend his WBC Super welterweight championship on September 17 at the Staples Center against Alfonso Gomez in the most important moth of his country and wants to win the fight in a very Mexican way.
??I am ready, he is a tough fighter, he comes to fight, he has the experience and heart, but i will make my people proud and win this fight in a Mexican style, with a Mexican punch,?? said Alvarez who is only 21 years old.
That Mexican punch that Saul is talking about is the liver shot, is a punch that was first introduce to the tradition by the legendary Kid Azteca and has been carried by some great Mexican fighters.
??We have been working on that punch to the liver, we know Gomez is vulnerable to that and besides we want to continue with the tradition, Azteca was a great body puncher so was Julio Cesar Chavez and many more great fighters from M?xico, we have been practicing that punch in the gym everyday,??
