PORRAS VS PUMICPIC FOR PHILIPPINE BANTAMWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP IN DAVAO

The ALA Cobra Tunay na Lakas Boxing will be presenting another boxing championship and will be bringing its power in Davao City, Philippines.
Going into its third year of working together, ALA Promotions and Cobra Energy Drink has been cultivating aspiring boxers and featuring them in their monthly fight program and now has been harvesting results producing reliable champions in Rocky Fuentes of Cebu and Jason Pagara of Cagayan de Oro Philippines.
On February 27, 2011 in Magsaysay Park, Davao City, another batch of boxing aspirants is to showcase their wares. Heading the group are Philippine number 1 Bantamweight Glenn Porras of Braveheart Cotabato vs number 4 Richard Pumicpic of Metro Manila for the Philippine Bantamweight Championship.
The left-handed Porras holds a record of 25 wins, 17 KOs and 2 losses while Pumicpic, 20, has a record of 9 wins, 3 losses and 1 draw.
Also to be featured are prospects Bacolod?s Genesis Servania and Welbeth Loberanis who will be going up against Renan Branzuela and Ernesto Salila of Cagayan de Oro respectively.
Two other Braveheart fighters are likewise to see action in the card namely Ronnie Apelado going up against Rolando Omela of Davao City and Joemer Lumacad vs Roel Cabrejas of Kamino Stable Cagayan.
Completing the fight card are Pedro Balaba of Tagbilaran Bohol against Henry Acha of Cagayan and Raymond Tabogon of Cagayan vs. Emerson Omila of Vic Adriano Stable of Davao.
