ALA Promotions Launches Partnership with Cobra Energy Drink

ALA Promotions of Cebu officially launched it's partnership with Cobra Energy Drink as their sponsor for their upcoming professional boxing events for 2011 during a press conference held Friday noon at the Sports Exchange Bar and Grill. ALA Promotions President Michael Aldeguer said that their relationship with Cobra as their sponsor will enable their boxing events to be bigger and bolder.
?We will be staging professional events all over Visayas and Mindanao,? Mr. Aldeguer said, ?Together with our ongoing Summit amateur series, we'll have at least 24 fight cards for this year.?
Cobra Assistant Brand Manager Jinky Sebastian said they chose ALA Promotions as their partner since hey believe that ALA, being the number one boxing promotional organization in the country, would make a great partner for their number one energy drink. ALA Promotions Vice Pres. Dennis Ca?ete added that they will be staging fights in Zamboanga aside from their usual venues in Gensan. Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo and Bacolod.
The first salvo of the COBRA - TUNAY NA LAKAS BOXING'S BEST for 2011 will be tomorrow at the I.T. Park in Lahug, Cebu City headlined by James Bacon versus Jake Verano. Another match-up to look forward to is between Braveheart Boxing Club's Rolando Magbanua and Jason Egera of Siaton. Three top amateurs will make their pro debut ? Albert Pagara, Boyce Sultan and Michael Romarate.
