"REMEMBERING THE THRILLA IN MANILA" ON IBC 13 TONIGHT

A one hour 30 minute special "Remembering the Thrilla in Manila" will be telecast over IBC Channel 13 at 8:30 p.m. today.
The special recalls the events surrounding perhaps the greatest heavyweight battle of all-time between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier held at the Araneta Coliseum, the acknowledged "Mecca" of Philippine Sports and Entertainment.
Highlights of Ali's clashes with Frazier, his training and interviews spice up the Viva Sports presentation hosted by Ronnie Nathanielsz who was the liaison officer assigned to Ali and who became firm friends with the man they call "The Greatest."
Its a riveting television special that brings back memories of a classic duel on October 1, 1975 or 35 years ago.
