Peace Above the Storm, plus from Wild Card Gym to Tamed Card Gym

Simple notes from Hollywood, California - I visited Wild Card this morning just to get a feel of what it is like before the advent of the Pound-for-Pound King Manny Pacquiao this Saturday, October 24, in Los Angeles from the turbulent island of Luzon, Philippines.
But, Pacquiao will have it tomorrow night, "Peace Above the Storm", as he boards the Philippine Airlines Flight PR102 from Manila, of which the estimated time arrival would be 8:05 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Saturday.
As usual, Wild Card is too crowded amid eager anticipation of the quick change of its atmosphere effective next week. And what caught my eyes was the sign posted on the door that reads: "Please be advised starting October 26th, Wild Card will be closed from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday until November 9th."
"Martial law" in the premises will be strictly enforced. I suppose: Unless authorized by Team Pacquiao, boxing aficionados and fans may not be able to shake hands with Manny Pacquiao, to avoid possible transmission of communicable diseases, nor will they have autograph sessions.
Stay tuned with this writer when the TECTONIC SHIFT hits back in the U.S... I mean, when the Pound-for-Pound King starts his training in Los Angeles, California.
