4-TIME WOLD CHAMPION CARINA "LA REINA" MORENO DEFENDS TITLE AGAINST ANABEL ORTIZ OCT. 31

Four-time world champion, Carina "La Reina" Moreno (21-1, 6 KO's) makes her way back to the ring October 31, 2009 when she defends her WBC minimumweight title against Anabel Ortiz (3-1, 1 KO's) in a co-main event bout. The fight takes place at the "Gimnasio Del Imcufide" in Toluca, EDO. Mexico.
"I'm grateful to be back in the ring, defending my title," Moreno said. "It's been a long layoff since my last fight and I can't wait to get in there and let my hands go. I've been training in the high altitude up here in Lake Tahoe. My training camp has been fantastic. I want to thank Gary Marinovich, my new speed, coordination and balance coach for all his hard work. My goal is to perform at my highest level and give the fans in attendance a great show."
