The fight for the vacant WBO NABO title will be between Edison ”Pantera” Miranda and Francisco “Panchito” Sierra.

The fight at Tachi will be Miranda’s second foray in the West Coast. He mostly fought east of the Mississippi. River and in Europe.

Francisco “ Panchito” Sierra is a native of Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico. Sierra parades a record of 22-2-0-(19KO). His only losses were to the same opponent, Jalisco, Mexico native, Rigoberto Alvarez. His first loss was to Alvarez was a 12 round UD and the second, a TKO in the 10th.

The fight at Tachi will also be the second time Sierra will be fighting out of his native Mexico. Save from his bout with Henry Porras at San Jose, Costa Rica whom he beat via a TKO on the 9th round of a 10 round fight, Sierra fought only in his native land.

The fight promises to be a slam-bang affair as both fighters will try to impress their US audience with the winner possibly landing more fights, even at Vegas or LA.

In the supporting main event, Wasco native Manuel “ El Toro” Quezada, a heavyweight fighter who is a mainstay at Tachi Palace will tangle against Nicolai “Stone-Man” Firtha of Akron, Ohio.

Quezada’s last three fights at the Tachi Palace all ended in stoppage. Last February, he TKO’d Eric Boose at the 5th round.
