MARAON ARRIVES IN OZAMIS!

OZAMIS CITY--Braveheart fighter Jundy "Pretty Boy" Maraon has arrived in this city this morning accompanied by his famous trainer Nonito Donaire Sr as he prepares for his Saturday defense of the WBO Asia Pacific bantam title against Anthony Mathias of Africa.
The event, to be telecast by ABS-CBN's Studio 23 on Sunday starting 4PM, topbills the undefeated Maraon against the Tanzanian challenger at the air-conditioned Medina Gymnasium.
"Maraon has been keeping himself in shape in Cebu. He has worked very hard so as not to disappoint his fans," said trainer Donaire.
The co-feature will showcase Braveheart's Rommel Asenjo against African Sadiki Abdulasisi for the vacant WBO Oriental minimumweight crown.
The event is presented by Braveheart Boxing Promotions, ABS-CBN Sports, SGG Sports Promotions, with the support of Ozamis City Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog.
Seven more professional bouts will be featured in the undercard, which includes Rolando Magbanua, Lorenzo Villanueva and Reynaldo Belandres.
