SBB To Air Talape-Laguna Bout!

Due to public demand, Saved by the Bell will telecast this Sunday the RP superbantam title showdown held last February 13 between Jun Talape and Roel Laguna starting 3PM on CS-9 and on Monday 6 to 7PM over Solar Sports.
Handlers of Laguna had earlier called for the GAB to review the the fight on tape, as they believe that the former amateur standout had done enough to win the title from the reigning champion.
Rex 'Wakee' Salud, who manages Laguna, is set to formally send GAB Chairman Eric Buhain a letter-request for the agency to conduct a thorough investigation. Salud believes in Buhain's strong leadership, he said, which is in stark contrast with the unpredictable decision-making of some individuals involved in regulating professional boxing.
SBB CEO Elmer Anuran, who is celebrating his birthday today, happily informed that they have finally decided to let the fight go on air after an initial decision not to telecast the bout in question.
