By Emmanuel Rivera, RRT PhilBoxing.com Thu, 20 Nov 2008

WBO Asia Pacific lightweight champion Bobby Pacquiao easily made the 135 pound limit for his ten round rumble with Robert Frankel at the HP Pavilion -- home of the hot-streaking San Jose Sharks.
The keenly-awaited smoker of the American Metal & Iron's Fight Night at the Tank is presented by West Coast Promotion.
Bobby Pacquiao needs a win badly while Frankel of Denver, Colorado (25-9-1, 4KOs) is confident of upsetting the favored kid brother Manny who is deep in training in Hollywood for his Dec 6 meeting with Oscar de la Hoya at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Nevada.
"Urbano Antillon was my ticket to the championship and I wasn't there to cash it. Tomorrow will be my chance for redemption. My training is okay," enthused Bobby who's riding the excitement of a camp shared by his more renowned brother Manny Pacquiao.
"Maganda and kondisyon ni Bobby. Naka 90 rounds na solid na sparring kami. Sabayan. Handa kaming pumunta ng 10 rounds (Conditioning is beautiful. A total of 90 sparring rounds logged. Blow by blow were ready to go the full 10 rounds)," Buboy Fernandez emphasized when asked about the Pinoy battler's chances.
"Gagawin ko ang lahat na aking makakaya para manalo bukas. Ito ang pagkakataon kong muli para sa korona (I will do all that I can to win tomorrow. This fight will give me the chance for another shot at the crown).
Tomorrow's 36-round card extravaganza is capped by Chika Nakamura 7-0, 3 KO's of New York City who tussels with Tiffany Junot 4-1, 3 KO'sof New Orleans Louisiana.
Buboy Fernandez who will be in Nakamura's corner predicts, "Chika is a strong and graceful. You will see a great female boxing match."
Michael Koncz matched Frankel to test the waters to see how deep Bobby Pacquiao can go.
